Bigger Thomas : We Wear The Mask
[MEGA 025]
$8.99

Hailing out of New Jersey in the year of 1988! Bigger Thomas came onto the scene (first under the name 'Panic!') the band took the 2Tone stylings that were already in progress in the tri-state area and fused them with a bit more percussive sound rather than the straight up pop/new wave sound that other bands in the area were doing at the time. The band has gone through many incarnations over the years but have always stayed close to the ska sound that kicked started them over 20 years ago now. Bigger Thomas are gracing us with their hardest worked and most solid release to date. With recent tours opening for The English Beat, The Toasters and even opening for Colin Hay of Men At Work, Bigger Thomas are making music their priority once again with this record. If you like your ska solid and straight, slightly political and with a bit of Caribbean twist, then listen no further.

Some special guests on this album include :
Roy Radics (The Rudie Crew) - Toasting/Chatting on Panic!, Say It Again, Trouble and You Know Seh Mr. Radics
Rev. T.D. Sinister (Hub City Stompers) -Toasting/Chatting on Panic! and spoken word on Trouble
Tommi Infamous (Bomb Town) - Toasting/Chatting on Panic!
Michael Ambrose - Organ on Trouble, Piano, Organ and Synthesizer on We Wear The Mask
Nate Birkey - Trumpet solos on Not Right Now, King For A Day
Scott Palmer- Organ and Keyboards
