These guys are awesome in every way I can think of. Wonderful live show, great personalities and hard workers and this self produced first effort of theirs really shows how hard they have been working to make some space for them in the music world. Hailing from the Gloucester MA area (and playing in and around the Boston area), Mile 21 are by no means trying to be something they are not by playing mainly a super solid reggae sound. There is no fakin' Jamaican' here, just honest true song writing with great instrumentation to match. There is also the occasional up tempo ska track thrown in just to mix things up a bit.

This band is touring across the country opening for all the big name acts such as the Skatalites, The Toasters and Toots And The Maytals as well as headlining their own shows. Be sure to pick up this disc before this band explodes!
