Shipping policy :
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for all domestic orders to be delivered, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for all international orders to be delivered.
Please do not email asking when your order will or has shipped, these emails will be ignored. You are automatically notified when your order has shipped once it is packed up and processed. This email is sent to the address in which you signed up with. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to negotiate any changes that need to be met. If an item becomes out of stock before your order is filled, the order will not be shipped until that item becomes available, unless it has become out of print errantly, such as a rare LP or CD. We will contact you every step of the way when an item is out of stock and your order is having to wait to be shipped. If it has been over 6 weeks and you have not heard from us, THEN you may email regarding your order.
All orders are shipped Standard USPS, LPs and 7inches are shipped Priority USPS, unless the order is an International order, then it is shipped Standard USPS Air-Mail. We do not have tracking number for ANY orders, please do not email asking for tracking numbers. We are working on connecting our store with the USPS online, when this takes place, tracking numbers will be created and you will be notified of them. If you have incorrectly supplied a mailing address and have not received your items, they will be replaced at YOUR cost.
Return policy :
You may only return items for trade of other items AT YOUR EXPENSE and only after you contacted us and we have agreed on a return. NO refunds will be given unless an item is no longer available and there is not an alternative item you wish to have in its place. Refunds are only given if PayPal is used as the payment source. Checks and money orders will not be refunded, you must choose an alternate item.
